We have made the difficult decision to close Sushi Shige. To all of our wonderful customers who supported us, encouraged us, and shared so many special moments with us over the years, we are deeply grateful.

Sushi Shige has never been just a restaurant to us. It has been a very special part of our lives. One of the greatest treasures of these 25 years has been growing alongside your families. we were fortunate enough to watch and create countless memories together. Those moments are memories we will treasure for the rest of our lives. I would also like to express our deepest and most sincere gratitude to everyone who has worked with us at Sushi Shige throughout the years. Each and every one of you has been an important part of our story, and you will always hold a special place in our hearts. To all of our customers, friends, and everyone who has been a part of our journey, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. As we close this chapter, our hearts are filled with gratitude and so many beautiful memories. And if our paths cross again someday, we truly hope to see you once more.
